OnThree20 was developed by John Keels Properties in 2014. It comprises three residential towers of 37 floors each. The towers are individually identified as Tower 1, Tower 2, and Tower 3. Each tower contains approximately 151 apartments, for a total of 454 apartments in all three towers. Each tower comprises a mix of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartment types.
The Management
OnThree20 is a strata-titled development registered with the Condominium Authority of Sri Lanka and is referred to as ‘Management Corporation Condominium Plan No.10511’.
The condominium is managed by a Management Council, which comprises members of the owners of the apartments who are elected at the Annual General Meeting.
The day-to-day operations management is undertaken by The Realty Management Services (Pvt) Ltd. At OnThree20, there is a dedicated management team to handle these operations.
